A Holy Transformation

Begging for intervention. Bucking at change.

Asking for guidance. Refusing to move.

Crying for aid. Denying treatment.

Pleading for wisdom. Plugging my ears.

Knowing its sin. Doing it anyway.

Words are easy.

Transformation is not.

God tugs.

Sin pushes.

The heavy yoke of slavery.

He collects wandering sheep.

He does what the law, weakened by the flesh, could not do.

He extends grace.

He extends love.

He provides substitution.

And offers a holy transformation.
