Marshmallow Launcher

How much fun can you have with a balloon, a cup and a marshmallow?

It turns out – a whole lot!

Those three simple things are all you need to build this nifty marshmallow launcher.

This idea came from a brilliant blog called Come Together Kids.  This site is filled with  great summer activities designed to keep your wee ones busy until the school bell rings again in September.

For you non-link clickers the instructions are simple. Cut the bottom off a plastic cup.

Tie a knot into the end of a balloon, cut off the bottom of the balloon, and stretch the cut end around the lip of the cup.

Pop a marshmallow into the bottom, pull back on the knot and shoot it into the air. Enjoy!
