Space Saver Herb Garden

My mom made this planter from 2 plastic and 3 terracotta pots. She found the planters at Value Village for $7.15.

She cleaned them and gave the planters that would be visible fresh coat of paint.

She stacked the pots and used glue to secure them, then filled with planters with soil.

When they were dry, she wrote the names of different herb plants with a permanent black marker. When the marker was dry, she urethane the planters to protect them from the sun.

Total cost (including the purchase of potting soil) was $14.62.
